What we collect
We collect information you provide directly — your name, business email, company details, and invoices or spend data you choose to share when signing up or using the portal. We also collect standard web-server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and session cookies required to keep you signed in.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the PIE Partner Portal — to set up your account, attribute donations to your chosen nonprofit, process hardware and software orders, and send you service-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate PIE (payment processors, cloud infrastructure, email delivery). Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.
