Acceptance
By accessing or using the PIE Partner Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the portal.
The service
PIE (Purpose In Expenses) provides a partner portal through which businesses can procure services and hardware, track charitable donations made by PIE on their behalf, and manage their account. PIE donates a portion of its own margin — not a charge to you — to the nonprofit you select.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@purposeinexpenses.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may use the portal only for lawful business purposes. You may not attempt to access data that does not belong to your account, reverse-engineer the portal, or use it in any way that could harm PIE or other partners.
Intellectual property
The PIE portal and its content are owned by Purpose In Expenses. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant PIE a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance.
