The fine print, in plain English
A price match only works if it’s a fair, apples-to-apples comparison. Here’s exactly what qualifies - no surprises, no asterisks buried at the bottom.
Same product, in stock
The competitor’s item is the identical make and model and is in stock and available to buy right now.
Authorized sellers only
The price is from an authorized reseller - not a third-party marketplace listing, auction, or a price we can’t verify.
Everyday prices
It’s a standard price - not clearance, open-box, refurbished, flash-sale, bundle-only, or after-rebate pricing.
Reasonable order size
The order meets our minimum order size for a price match. Larger orders are exactly where a Price Promise pays off.
One promise, fairly used
Per-customer limits apply, and the competitor’s quote has to still be valid when we check it. We’ll always tell you where a match lands.
No match below our floor
Every match runs against a floor - the lowest we’ll ever beat a price down to, and never below our own cost. If 3% under the competitor’s price would land under that floor, we go 1% under instead. If even 1% under would fall below it, we hold our current price and say so. Either way you get the exact number before you buy - never a surprise at checkout.
